Kelvin are you after an internal or external corner? I did this internal corner in my own bathroom, just using a quick drying render by Ardex called AM100 just using a plate .

nice work ........ yes it was this type of curve I was considering to do in my shower.....
i like the idea of the internal corner and the lower floor to wall curve also but I'm interested to know how you finished the ends of the curves off?
If you are using plasterboard in this wet area situation remember to tank over it as well before tiling ,or you may come unstuck LOL pun......Ok...
it would need reinforcing behind as there is a void behind the cove...but I get the idea...
