Tiling on to polished porcelain!

Hi all
Not posted for a while but I have a question polished B&Q porcelain 600x600 laid over 18m2 (not sealed) in a kitchen with units in and an island laid for the second time by a second tiler very poorly gaps from 1mm to over 5mm not level cut a long story short the builder wants me to tile over these can it be done he is adamant he will not pay for them to be taken up for the third time!!
underfloor heating is also being used.
I have tiled over tiles before using diamond pads to key and then a mix of SBR and adhesive brushed onto the tile not the done thing but I then don't guarantee the work any suggestions?

for a start will the tiles adhere to the polished porcelain?How well stuck are the pp tiles?what is the substrate(thinking about movement)also never heard anyone using ufh ontop of tiles?

will the ufh still be under guarantee?from manufacturer.

Sounds like the builder is trying to scratch back some money from bodged up attemps by previous tiler............and then, when they start coming loose.............Your'll get the phone call.

Do it right..............Or not at all.

Or walk away

The customer is very P*** the substrate is SLV UDH laid then SL over this then tiles
the customer is none the wise of the situation other than its the third time now.

i wouldnt do it,it screams trouble mate,if you do it and it doesnt work mr builder will blame you

the worst thing that can happen is your reputation could go down the toilet when it goes wrong...
