After spending the best part of 6 months comfort eating, I am full steam ahead with my health kick and good diet again. I have resurrected my old Gillian McKeith menu planner and am walking at lunch times as well as doing some time on the rowing machine and cross trainer when I get home.

So today, for lunch, I have had a huge salad made up of iceberg lettuce, some strange cabbage looking lettuce, cherry tomatoes and crunchiest cucumber, topped with my sin of egg mayo. I also have a handful of no salt kettle chips too. :hurray:

What's everybody else having?
