I said at the start of the year that one of my resolutions was to lose weight. Well, I am not proud about this, but I haven't lost a lb. In fact, I've put more on.

But, I have been exercising nearly everyday and eating properly, so I feel much better for it already.

Glad you couldn't imagine going back to the **** doug. it is hard to give up, but so easy to let your guard down

I find it's crisps that are my downfall :mad2:

Just had another huge salad, with spicy chicken pasta and a ready salted crisp chaser :lol:

today i go to cafe where lorry driver eat. Have susage and mushroom on sandwitrch. I wait for this all day. I find hard bits in susage and dmitri found hair. i tell man not happy and he say get out and call police. very bad man. i very angry because very hungry. i want go later in night and put black grout in letter box
