Are the tools on the job, be hard getting the tools over on a tourist visa, and is it cash in hand every week, it sounds good nice break from the norm.

I do that run quite a bit and I don't get jet lag going west 4 hours time difference, it's coming back east that it's worse but nothing special. Certainly wouldn't lose 2 days to it. Get a morning flight that gets you in dinner/early evening time and start the next day.
i would be more concerned about getting my tools over specially as there are large format tiles involved

im up for it. think it would be a great experience, get to see new york , hopefully
