I've use mapei stick on splash backs and found it sound. As Neale mentioned dont pack out with it though.

On skimmed walls you shouldn't need to but might have to on any window recess.

mapei d1 is the best for the job,
or bal green star if you cant get that,
b&q sell it but its massively overpriced,
try your local tile giant or other tile shop first, thaey'll be cheaper

i stick to bal tubbed adhesive green star or blue star depending on tiles bit more expensive than other tubbed adhesive but in my opinion better quality

hi i would use granfix multi , but then thats all we can get here ,but i do find it very good and at a good price , topps is to over price to use ,lol
