It’s just where I put two pieces of paper together. You know what curiosity did !! Just saying

so it is an overlay then...... and by doing this you can interchange the designs....it is a good thing.

No it’s a one off drawing, I do one for every job I do

I just get the customer to pick the field and border. I've had a original style cad before and they're pointless imo

Yes the customer picks field and border, but I still do drawing so I can show them how it will look and so I know where to start and finish. Also so I can count how many individual tiles they need

I don't think the drawings do the jobs justice. I imagine you triple check your measurements on the floor anyway? The drawings are a waste of time I think but each to their own and I imagine some customers like the effort

Also that’s not a bad idea about an overlay, as I said original style cad useless
