What colour grout with these Page: 2

As long as you match one of the 2 shades of grey in the tile it will look good. I'd opt for the lighter grey.
Similar but darker tile :

I can just make out the envelope cuts..insane!!

I've since found out that the lady already has these tiles with charcoal grout but doesn't like it.

Am I going to be okay using a mapei grout rescue would you think? Light going over grey? I've explained re grouting is the better option but she's on a budget.

Any specific shade recommendations?

As far as I'm aware that is a product only available to the US market

In Europe we have Mapei Fuga Fresca

Used both. No preference personally. Light over grey will take a fair few coats. It may be worth you phoning Mapei technical support and ask them about coverage

Personally I would opt for a light grey.
