Have you used the Fuga? The other option was universal sealant.

Used both. No preference personally. Light over grey will take a fair few coats. It may be worth you phoning Mapei technical support and ask them about coverage

Personally I would opt for a light grey.

I thought they were the Caprice Chatalet tile from a factory called Equipe.

In fact, here is a display 3D Cad knock up I did for someone a while back. Looks good with the borders too but not convinced on the black edge tile.
