good to take the saw marks off front face of tread before fixing riser if they come flush to nosing from underneath.
 
Sorry I got to say something, and its this. Tony where is the water going to run off to? from what I can see there is no minimal fall on those treads. This is an exterior job yes?

lynn, i think hes showing that he has a couple of 1mm yellow packers under his level and level still reads falling a bit.my eyes not that good to be fair but looks that way .
if tread 270 depth then he is in the realms of a 10mm in meter fall.
what fall do you specify for terracing and steps?
as a general rule i say 10mm in meter for flat honed stone running way from pool or back in dependent on inside or out.
if old or distressed the 13mm in a meter.
 
Aye your right there Jonny, but to my eyes, that is not enough fall on these treads there's not enough fall even with the 1mm packers there.

There's probably around 3mm over the depth once you include the packers and the position of the bubble

you are right jonnyc, but i did go over everything today with 60 polishing pad. :thumbsup: Only problem, grooves are very deep :mad2:
