When making a Cup of tea?

Not sure how long you need to leave the tea bag in to make it like a normal brew.

Do you do it on purpose so it takes more time, so I just make my own brew out of frustration or what?!

coffee, depending on the brand, say an instant like nescafe, two teaspoons, then milk, then water. If one of the posher instants like Dow Egberts it's two teaspoons, water, then milk.
