Yeah insurance conditions normally Albert. There is something in there terms and conditions i think that states
that they will drop them at the door only. Most drivers will help get them in.
I'm IllI got a call from the client two weeks ago saying that Ctd had had a word with them and they were tomake sure that the tiler (me) had a suitable lifting frame cos these tiles are fragile and break easy! Haha
How to sell your product 101!!!
It’s amateur hour at Ctd it seems.
And the client kept banging on about how they had just had a seminar at Ctd all about these “big tiles” and I kept saying “ I know, I was there!”
She wasn’t listening, just kept on!
She’s also on the verge of loosing a tiler I reckon.
Don’t want the job as it is, got better things to do with my time.
Yeah you know mate.Sorry to say but if I'm not supplying the tiles, I'm not humping them around foc.
My pet hate is when I'm tiling a bathroom upstairs and all the customer can do is back his car to the garage and off load the tiles in there......
Have you decided what you are going to teach them yetBloody shattered today didn’t sleep well. I’m off Friday and half of Thursday tho, off to BAL hq in stoke for training day
