Seems silly they offer a product they can't deliver. No way of getting it on a tail lift? But Kerbside is one rule that most delivery couriers have to abide by. The insurance companies will not insure them to enter a customers property without them paying a rather extortionate premium. That's not to say you won't get the occasional sympathetic driver that will do anything for a bacon butty or a couple of pints worth of tip

We’ve informed client that if they’re not offloaded by 10, they’ll receive an invoice and no fitters.

Picked up materials for job and arrived at 9.00 to find 2 bathroom windows in the process of being removed. So 2 hours I had for breakfast and now they’ve put scaffolding on the staircase and I’am meant to be up and down cutting travertine. One of those jobs that stop you from smiling!
