Sorry Dave but I think you underestimated!
Hardie Boards 6mm trowel - 1bag = 6sq mts = 10bags
Dural Ci 3mm trowel - 1bag = 12sq mts = 5bags
Tumbled limestone - 1bag = 3/4sq mts = 15/20bags

I therefore conclude that without the benifit of seeing this job I would estimate the no. of bags of adhesive at 30-35no.

This amount has no technical relevance whatsoever and is purley a figure picked out of the depths of personnal experience and would be the determining factor that I would employ to estimate a project given the information supplied.

I hope the customer kept the empty bags!:lol:

Just recently done a floor, a few high and low spots on a screed floor and used 12 bags for about 32m2.

69 bags he's having a laugh or wasting loads by mixing to much and not fast enough to use it:yikes::yikes:

6mm trowel john with keraquick i get 8 mtrs easily...and more for the 3mm for the Dural..so 28 bags or maybe a couple extra was about right but nearly 70....:dizzy2:

This is the job john that i had extra on and passed the stocton job to you....and i ended up with neither...lol lol...but i managed to pull forward other work and then fill the days...

I hate know it all builders who now has got his just deserves...the customers think he is the bees knees....i'd like to be a fly on the wall now...not so cleaver a builder now is he...:mad2:
