Hi all

Anyone had any experience with the Topps Bridge Saw large yellow radial arm saw currently £199.99 in Topps in my area seems good value but not sure on quality? Would love a Rubi but a bit out of my price range.

This is to be avoided......I have had plenty come back to me...I won't sell them anymore..and it is anything but portable...Gaz

From topps yes!!...honest...:whatchutalkingabout ...........only joking.....nice to know topps staff are not afraid to rubbish there products.....

Hi Gaz Thanks for being honest - nearly bought one on Saturday glad I didn't now. Anyone know of a decent wet saw for £200 to £300? The problem I am having when using my Plasplugs contractor is that it nearly always chips the corner off of the tile just at the end of the cut no matter how slow I go.

I was trying to cut 330 x 330 porcelain floor tiles on Saturday but was chipping every other tile - not good when the customer is watching you like a hawk!!

As Dave says mate just turn the tile around and don't cut to the end if they are chipping. As in cut 3 quarters of the way, turn it around and cut in from fresh side, no more chips 🙂
