    Tile trim with metro tiles

I’m planning to use an L shaped trim for metro tiles with bevelled edge. Is it best to always have a cut edge agains the trim or doesn’t it matter? Just wondering because of the gap on the bevelled edge or will it not be noticeable as the adhesive will level it out a bit? Thanks

    Metro tiles without grout

I was speaking with a tiler today and he said that sometimes he puts up mini metro wall tiles using no grout. That is, they're tight together. I haven't heard of this being done before, so was wondering what thoughts are on this? There would be a 19mm thick Schluter Kerdi-board substrate...

Non-white grout for white metro tiles

Would anyone care to suggest a specific colour/brand of non-white grout for white metro tiles. Perhaps a grey tone? I'm presuming a non-white grout will be less liable to showing discolouration of the grout with time. Thanks!

    NOT a metro splashback.

This is a kitchen splashback that Gary did with me in Hoxton East London. 2400 X 800 x 6mm porcelain from the casadolcecasa magnum range, Calacatta. No joints except for the corners, definitely something that could catch on I believe.
