My work today involved finishing off 49m2 of 600x600 glazed porcelain on not so great floors.
The customer this morning asked me if i had time could i tile an outdoor stet too:yikes:
I had enough to do to wrap this job up so i said" we hadn't agreed this extra and i'm booked for a another job on monday so i'll ring you next week and arrange a date".
At least this customer delighted with his floor and payed up no probs.
Take no abuse kilty you done right:thumbsup:

It's threads like this that make me realize I've struck gold with my plumber. His men let me run the job, do the layout, call when they have questions, do their work with no problems, and show up (almost always) on time. When they can't show on time, they call and ask if it's a problem if they're late ( :yikes: ) .

They know what they are doing, charge reasonably, and don't act like they're annointed by God to do His Work here on Earth.

I'm very lucky, but it took me over 15 years to find the right company. :mad2:
