Ive done up my sisters bathroom and downstairs shower room prior to putting on the market as ive got a building site passed for her on the farm. She has had valuations from 170K to 195K, its a 3 bed semi. Depends how quick she wants to sell it i suppose. Its not on the market just yet as waiting on final letter from planning.

My folks have had their house on the market for 3 years, had 2 viewings and no offers, they live in a nice little village ( Gainford ) between Darlington and Barnard Castle, a tidy 3 bedroom semi, nice big garden to the rear, conservatory etc, can't understand it :mad2:

My mate lives near Barnard casle, had his on for about 18 months, not a sniff of a sale yet.
