Bad day at the office

Had a bad experiece today,
Tiling a conservatory with two drain inspection access trays, I had cleaned out the damaged cement and re-filled with ballast and self levelling compound. Did not notice the bases were not fully welded,, outcome......two stuck trays. SLC had leaked into tray frame and set......could not budge them so had to force them open and start again.
A hard lesson to learn....inspection lids do leak, be warned,
