I think they are going to be the brick style ones with a mosaic on the middle where the shower is, this may obviously change, i dont think im going for anything big though.

You won't have a weight issue then.
Dry line more Plasterboard & tank it.
Make sure you tape the internal corners so its completely waterproof.
