I got home from work yesterday itching to get into the forest but then i had a BBQ to build.
Today we had dinner in one of my brothers houses and drinks, lol. No biking today either.
Now tonight one of my biking buddies is texting me looking a days cycling tomorrow!!
Can't do this either as tomorrow is family day out like every year.
I'm back to work tuesday so limited until later in week unfortunately.
Keep it up Chris.

I done it in '85 Chris, Mizen Head,Co.Cork to Malin Head, Co.Donegal.
That's the most southern to the most northern points here in Ireland.
In '88 i cycled around the whole coast of Ireland.
I have so many great memories from my youth.
The most i ever done in one day was 200 miles, near killed me.
We also in 1984 cycled to Cork and back to raise funds for Famine Relief in Ethiopia.
Over £14,000 we raised which was big then !!
So you can see i have history on bikes, lol.
Done BMX racing too with our club at the time.

your doing well Chris, i was out tonight too.
A guy who works in the bike shop was out with me in the forest, quick run i said so of down the tarmac into the forest, left onto the grass then onto a single track for short distance onto a 90 degree left and down a 5 steps onto a narrow bridge.
I got across the bridge and looked behind me and seen this guy falling down the steps with his lovely whyte 905 left at top !!!!!
Wow, some crash.
It took him a while to get up, helmet saved his head.
He had knees scratched, elbows, back end but his wrist is poor.
He wanted to continue so we got going but i cut it short (4.5 mile).
His wrist is swollen tonight.
