Just to put every1s mind at rest, I contacted the Mapei rep and have arranged for them to visit the customer and give her a report on the tiling. Thought this would give her a hell of a lot more ammo against the builder. Fingers crossed, she will get the bugger nailed to the wall.:smilewinkgrin::smilewinkgrin::smilewinkgrin:

Latest update. The 'poor old cow' phoned me today and has asked for a quote for taking all the tiles off and re-tiling the lot. Im hoping that means that she is going to charge it to the builder. :hurray:
