we all get them from time to time Phil, I must admit iv'e become quite good at sussing people out now, and if I think there going to be a pain I don't even bother quoting the job, even if I got no work on, would sooner sit on my butt than go through all the bloody stress it causes.

I hope tomorrow goes well, (I won't hold my breath) I have had two sleepless nights and another one looming, we should not have to put up with this kind of stuff. Stuff being a polite word, as I respect this forum and it's members.

We are all at the mercy of these types, and always will be.

I am not expecting a good result tomorrow, but I am thinking of throwing my tools in a skip. What is the point?

Phill most of us on here are very passionate about the tiles but sometimes you just need to realise it's just tiles! Get some sleep man and give yourself a break, you have nothing to prove to anyone man, let this one go, get your money then get on to the next job where I'm sure it will be a cracker! Chin up Phill, I had "one of these idiots " last year.It was only 4 days work and managed to get my mats money back but it still really upset me knowing i hadnt done anything wrong and knew the work was more than satisfactory.Didnt get paid for labour !! I still think about revenge of some sort to be honest but there are people like this in every town and city and the odds are we will all bump into one every now and again-unfortunatly !!! Hopefully she pays you up to date, worse still if you've paid others for the work out of your own pocket. A job like this seems to rear it's head every few years, grin and bear it and the next customer will be a good one.
