today i sanded the edges. i will groat the tiles with ardex anthrazit FM tomorrow. its dark and more like black than grey so the glue fits ok i think.
i cut all miters with my flex cs 60 wet.
the edge is very nice to touch. C220 finishing.

i finished the edge with a buff diamond pad. so it is a better result.

today i made a video of the cs 60. the crazy thing is for straight cuts is the machine not very good but for mitering i like it more and more.

i made the step tile for my showroom to offer the massive edges thing. this one is getting really nice. i like it very much.

ok, it was no cheap thing to experiment with a lot of mobile tools but its an invest. i think i can offer this kind of edge this year. my dream is also to built wash basins and making a lot of mason things in bathrooms. the next weeks i want to plan and build a washing basin with a shower line drain.

the clamps are from weha but the quality is not very nice. i found out the manufactor in far east but there are also expensive there.
 
oh yes
a veritable weinachts markt of germany finest.
who could not wish for a finer stocking filler from st nick than the smogasbord of tools you have laid out .
you never cease to impress rainsco.
