I keep saying "yes". Wish I could say "no", but somehow it comes out as "yes" :mad2:.

Finished at 2pm today, but next weekend may end up being longer, again :yikes:.
Luckily the 120sqm quote that I was going to do today was cancelled, as he is going to use the builders tiler, so that's a bonus .

Daz does that meen you havent done that bathroom for er indoors yet ?

Trouble is in trying to squeeze "that job in" to please someone may or may not come back and bite ya if you get to exhausted and possibly start making mistakes.

I hate rushing jobs just because you need to start on another............but we have all been there and done that. Not getting any younger and the odd weekend work will not kill us.......every weekend could do some harm.

Only yesterday did I have to turn a job down because they couldn't/wouldn't wait until I am fit again.

Trouble is you can't help but think "I hope the guy makes an ar55e of it" ;)

I keep squeezing them in, working all hours and making money until it all catches up with me...... It's just the way I am. But recently it's really caught up with me and I'm feeling really down and really tired but I've just booked a weeks holiday for three weeks from now and am looking forward to recharging the batteries. I have jobs booked in for when I come back and I'll just carry on again hell for leather again. Like I said it's just the way I am. I've always liked a bit of stress to keep me going but recently I've not been enjoying things as I usually do.

What I will say is when things catch up with you the way they have with me, you find yourself getting slow and jobs taking a lot longer than they should and then you're not making good money any more.
