we have a lot of welsh drink in our local and the legalities of killing a welshman comes up from time to time especially when rugbys on the screen

they have a prepared answer now which goes along the lines of

various local laws which allow the legal killing of welshmen has been superceded by english common law

so the killing of a welshman is murder and and is contrary to common law
