Faultyblunt wheel on Rubi TX-1200?

I've got a DeWalt electric cutter which is a lovely beast but would have to be set up outside and running up and down stairs with porcelain floor tiles is getting harder by the year....🙁

Truth is more and more porcelain is being over fired and is impossible to break cleanly.
I'm at the stage where I insist on test cutting before agreeing a price on larger jobs.

I come across some porc that my sigma won’t cut. Tend to be ones from sheds that clients provide.

Maybe we should all go a strike till the supplier's get there act together....😉
