I dont have very much to offer here, except one thing.

Acetone... always have a bottle of it, its good for removing loads of things, and if you have a spare five minutes you can remove your nail varnish with it as well!

when a very small cut on a dry machine is required off of a porcelain / very hard tile score your cut then push the tile through and score and equal amount next to your cut... break at the 2nd score then break again in the middle of the two ...99% of the time this will give you your small cut chip free
..oh, and in a customers toilet always flush.:lol:
