Ok after a hard days grafting on the tiles, what do you guys do about looking after your hands ? .
after a shower i'am usually all right, but if its particularly hard day the i rub-in some e-45, one of the guys who works with me i have noticed ! he is almost obsessed with wiping his hands with a wet sponge . how do you guys treat your hands ?

to be honest, got so many callous's that my hands are all good, as a rule i'm more concerned with creaming my beautiful face haha, but I have tillers that do suffer from cracked hands etc, and they moisturise with E45 and the like, I think its if you have sensitive skin, my hands have always been ok, but grouting fecks some peeps hands right up

I ware disposal gloves to protect my hands but if they start feeling a bit rough the wifes got some coconut smelling hand cream stuff that dose the trick..lol

I'm a rubber gloves guy! I started life in the motor trade before the days of disposable gloves. Hated barrier cream so now my hands crack and bleed with the slightest provocation.

I got given this by one of my customers last winter, it's prescription and meant for eczema. I wear gloves during the day but, my hand still need a good creaming in the evening

I don't wear glove during the day but have some Hemp cream from the body shop...seems to work when the skin starts to dry up.

Hemp cream.....takes a bit rubbing in, but is fine after a couple of minutes.

she's a Bracknell bird, walking dead town, so knows the smell of decomposing, not like you posh Ascot toffee noses that wash once a month weather you need to or not ;-)

Hmmmm sounds like you know the area Fliselege ( tile) wonder why that is ? to be accurate she would be a gt.hollands bird ;-)

No, no criminal record or needle marks, so not Great Hollands, what a toilet, home farm riots, happy days. She just dug me in the ribs and said not Chavnell, Crowthorne, snob. I did 20 years in Crown Wood before I took chav avoidance to the extreme and packed up and took a 1 way ticket out of Heathrow.

Gloves & cetraben too for me. My daughter gets it on prescription so of course it just happens to find its way all over my hands, knees & elbows after I give her bath :lol:

Latex gloves through the day. I go through about 5-6 pairs. If I have sore hands in the evening I use white vinegar. Just a teaspoon whilst my hands are wet after washing them. Just let it dry in. It helps restore the skins ph balance.
