it was just a thought that enterd my head,profit in houses is always a quick way of making money but needs to be done at the right time,i do have a flat i rent out and am looking at buying another one since the market is quite cheap the now,it would be a total wreck i'm looking for,something i can totally re-vamp,rent out for a few years then sell on when the market goes up

its tough at the mo for sure. i started out last july, and i gotta tell you bud ,the t-shirts are a winner for me ,i wear them out wherever i go ,and have had jobs from em ,well 2,but if i hadnt of had em on!!!!!

also a continuos 1" sq box in the local rag,£57 for 5 weeks ,this is where most of my enquiries comw from, one job from yellow pages ,£140 for the year ,but it was bathroom & kitchen floors and a flagstone patio

really hope u have some luck soon bud

my friend does my t-shirts for me, ill sort u out with 2 ,on me,pay me back when your tiling empire is up and running

dont feel like you cant accept cos u need the help buddy and its my pleasure
