has anyone tried vistaprint for leaflets and headed paper etc? I know they send you to many emails but I got my business cards through them and was very happy !

For some strange reason i am getting calls every day,did two estimates tonight and the ones i did before Christmas are coming back and wanting there work done now...good times...word of mouth aswell.Still dont sit back on my laurels though...still post leaflets etc around jobs im doing and still keep in touch with other trades on a regular basis.My m8 is a brickie and cant get any work at all at the minute...think he is thinking about tiling.

Luckily I've not had any quite periods until now where i have the odd few days off,but to be honest I've not been doing anything to look for it as my phone always rings when I start to get low on work.My work is all from recommendations and other trades that I've done good work for.
If I started to get low on work its all about being pro-active and not sitting on your butt,there's always of geting work if your willing to go out there and find it

Haha, got that one too... though from an individual asking if screeding was included in the prince after quoting for a tiling job... It just happen to clash with another job so didn't get it as they wanted it done asap.

Well it is hard not to cry or laugh at them when they phone back re quote and details in it, isn't it!
Don't understand why they pay £££ for renovations and extentions and don't want to pay that little extra for a good finish. :mad2:Afterall that is what they are going to look at in years to come! :lol:
