Is there nothing you can do to get the phone ringing? Have you tried everything, business cards, flyers etc?

I always have a hard time making ends meet, even when I'm flat out booked up! not very helpful, I know, but keep going mate

Have you tried putting an ad on Gumtree - do you have that in Fife? (Just checked - there is only 8 tilers' adverts for 2009!! Get one up there now would be good for you I think.
How about (now you seem to have the time) to walk in and say hello to businesses, like kitchen/bath shops, chat to builders in your area or so?

Something must be possible to turn this around!!

Edit: We have an advert on Gumtree and just checked that it has been viewed 14 times since yesterday. From the website stats in general I can see that we have a few surfing through from there and I know a few has turned into jobs, so it is definately worth doing.
