Thanks every one...no joy at all this end. The two tilers who I had spoken to to arrange a quote were no shows at the weekend and havent even called to explain why... what is it!!!??
I have money... and 50 sq meters!!! Its a reasonable job...mmmm... back to the drawing board... will be back in touch if and when I have any thing to report!!!

Are you saying the no shows at the weekend were from the Forum?

Hi, I contacted Dave last week and he kindly agreed to put the job out there with people he could recommend (Thanks dave!!) But had no response so thought I would get on and research on line and ring round
three didnt get back - one man said he would come Sunday and didn't and one text me endlessly to confirm Saturday at 12.30 and I rushed home...and no show nor would he answer the phone (and I didn't even moan)! I guess I will have to keep on at it. I live in Fulham London - maybe there is too much work round here!! Thanks every one!
