I've always managed to keep a good level of fitness without the need to go running, gym etc, but since I stopped smoking I've put on about 10 lb, I'm gonna have to get my left knee sorted again though before I bite the bullet and go on an exercise regime, oh and I've decided to skip the midweek glasses of vino!

I bought a good mountain bike,have been out a few times now,more needed but it'll sure get you fit,loads of trails about England,Wales,Scotland and here.
