I've always managed to keep a good level of fitness without the need to go running, gym etc, but since I stopped smoking I've put on about 10 lb, I'm gonna have to get my left knee sorted again though before I bite the bullet and go on an exercise regime, oh and I've decided to skip the midweek glasses of vino!

I bought a good mountain bike,have been out a few times now,more needed but it'll sure get you fit,loads of trails about England,Wales,Scotland and here.

Do for me mate, cant wait for the snow to clear properly on the Llandegla trails. be up there hitting the black runs:thumbsup:
 
I use my excercise bike 3 times a week. Stick in in front of the telly, set her for DOWNHILL and away i go. :smilewinkgrin:

As for chasing the misus round the bedroom, i get more excercise running away!
