Exercise: i found a cracker machine at our local gym it does everything,mars bars,kit kats,boosts, the lot.lol

Muscle weighs heavier than fat Liz. Don't just do by the scales, check your measurements too!!20 minute walk every lunch time, 15 minutes non stop on the rowing machine when i get home from work and then about an hours dog walk every evening too. it's not working yet tho :mad2: still as heavy as i was this time last year :mad2:
