hi gary

i run 3 x per week like you.i do 4 miles but i run, jog, sprint. it burns off more calories because you keep challenging your metabolism to react (its called the fartlek sysytem) lol true..run one day, weight / circuit training the next..my garage has a gym and bag etc..not sure whether it was albyshellshear who saw my garage or the other guy who bought my monti back in dec???

the weight this is simply down to how you eat..reduce your carb intake, and increase you veg, ie greens etc. eat smaller meals more often, say 5 -6 meals a day with 2 and half hour intervals....drink water every half hour. it neutralizes craving and your food hungar cravings can be mistaken for dehydration.. you deffo need to reduce alchohol, refined carbs and sugars for about 6 weeks butyou should be losing 2 inches per month from your waiste and 2-3lbs per week if you have the right excercise/food intake correctly balanced..

i am just under 6ft 1inch and i weigh under 13st but i am by no means skinny..it just takes a bit of time to get the body to start shedding when its not been used to it but keep in as a lifestyle rather than a 10 week goal etc or you'll put it all back on again as everybody who diets normally do..its about understanding how the body works thats all..bit like tiling

I chase the Mrs gooner around the bedroom a couple of times a week is that anygood!!

3 nights a week up the gym. Cardio is hard work though. If I do an uphill jog/run (on the treadmill) for 30ish mins it burns off approx 400 calories. I always think to myself, it would have been so much easier to not have had that kit kat!

lugging boxes of tiles and bags of addy up flights of stairs is more than enough for me

if god wanted me skinny he wouldnt have made choccy biccies lol
