Knee Pad Help - Which do you use ?

Amen to that.
I recently made "the leap" and bought som ALPROS from Tradetiler.
They are fantastic.....the most comfort ever, no pain at all.....!

I've got dodgy knees from too much marathon running and cycling, so this was really important to me. I've inested in a pair of Platinums from Tradetiler. They're slightly different in that your shin bone takes the strain, so your ankle isn't under any pressure and your knees are essentially floating - so you're not outting your knees under strain or pressure. I don't bother strapping them on - they're a bit cumbersome, I just throw them on the deck where i'm working and just move them around - this seems to work well for me. just bought the alpros and they seem to be the bees knees

previously had rubi gels which were ok and then bought a cheap pair which literally lasted 1 job:yikes:

so alpros for me from now on
