9.15 pm tomorrows client calls and says, "we have decided to have UFH now" ..."Ok" i say " I will pick it up in the morning".... Client then replies " Oh I have ordered it online, we will give you a call when it arrives" :mad2:

Good job I have other work to fall back on.

Yeh, and when they call to tell you its arrived, arrange a date and call them the eve before at 9.15 and say you wont be able to make it the following day !!!!!!!!rrr:

Hardibacker has already been laid and its on a wooden floor. The job has gone to the back of the queue now.....6.45am this morning get a txt from another client to say their tiles will be here this week...and thats 2 bathrooms ( walls and floors) and kitchen Hall and WC floors to tile.
