We have already concluded what "professional" actually means  so we don't need to go into that again

As I said earlier, I understand where your coming from, it's just that I don't see any problems with someone doing a short course and can then after a short amount of time turn out good quality work, and only take on what they are able to do and continue to do a quality job.

The big thing is experiance, which is what you have and you can most probably turn your hand to any form of tiling without a problem, but others have to start somewhere, and while they stick to their abilities then I don't see a problem.

I got one too - why didn't it simply say this is a general message sent to all who have access to the arms?

I was wracking my brains (didn't take long then) trying to remember what I had posted that had upset someone.
