price matching ebay prices

Does topps tiles price match prices from ebay shops? Has anyone tried? How many times should you tolerate a customer changing their mind about which bloody tiles they want on their kitchen/conservatory floor before you pan their head in with a 600 by 300 q rock tile ? ( available on ebay for £ 2.50 a sq/m less than topps trade price):mad2:
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Most places who price promise state (maybe in small print) that there must be a shop front for the other dealer.

I agree with Sir ramic shop against shop not shop against internet. I had the same thing with John Lewis over a telly
