Ok it is made my Proxxon KGS80 , they make model making tools, so this would be used for cutting Wood , Plastics and metal.
Warning though they are very expensive but very compact , very accurate and well made. I got this through Ebay after doing a lot of mitres on metal trim for a contract....I wish I had bought it sooner though as the mitres are spot on.
I have been using it now for 2 months at least and cant fault it apart from the cost but I dont want to go back to hacksaws...oh andonly available in 240v.
