Question to fein Multitool owners

Well fellas. Last week i posted my review about my new Fein Multitool (feel free to check it out and leave a comment in tiling tool reviews) So, I've got a really daft question to any Fein owners of the newer model, FMM250Q. When a blade is inserted in the straight position the blade isn't actually pointing straight forward its actually a few mil to the left in the off position, this is because the bit the blades slot onto isnt pointing straight up and down along the body of the machine . now the unit is working fine i just didnt notice this straight away I'm just curious if they are all like this.Like i said its only a couple of mil, barely noticably in fact i didnt notice it straight away which has me wondering was it like that before i used it and/or has the blade mounting slipped in some way. i wouldnt expect it in a quality machine like the fein but on the other hand i wouldnt expect it to be assembled so the blades dont point totally straight ahead either. Anyone with a unit handy fancy grabbing it and having a look? i could be being a tool myself but just after any thoughts before making my next move, if there is some sort of problem i'd like to get it sorted. Not sure but I think you will find where the oscillated motor stops...ie at other times it may set straight.

i keep sending my replies into space!! def running a few degrees off. checked the unit whilst it was running by running my eye along unit and thru the blade. this is best done by looking along the belly of the machine

Cant see the problem myself as the blade oscilates anyway.

As the unit was running it was clear its neutral position is a couple of degrees off due north as it were Do you think theres a problem? should i contact Fein and cause a fuss if its normal?

See that the thing it works spot on, its just its brand new and not cheap and i dont specially want to put up with a slightly wonky unit just cos its probably ok. Know what i mean?

Mine is very slightly off but then mine is a few years old and using after market blades.

Mine gets dragged from the case, plugged in, muffs on and away we go...

I never noticed but no probs with it.
