nice one jamie

dont forget the spf (sun protections factor :lol🙂

I seem to remember on the hottest day of the year in 2009 I was tiling 3 balconies in a block of flats..apart from the addy going off like a rocket it was lovely..came home like a baked lobster:thumbsup:..hopefully will get some nice pics of this job for the portfolio..the views are truly breathtaking.:thumbsup:got a site meeting next wednesday with the builder about the verander construction..am specifying 200mm centers for joists 28mm marine ply minimum (it's raised for water flow under the floor) split into 3 bays over 30 m2 with shulter metal expansion joints at 10m. They're having 400 textured porcelain..front verander the same but bigger..stairs in a more textured/non slip ceramic....should be a nice looking job.

have already discussed it with the client, but there will definately be some thermal movement issues with this construction.I'm thinking of fixing with BAL fast flex 2 part as I did a similar job a couple of years back and Had good results with it over large area on marine ply..but i'm open to better options any alternate thoughts addy wise?
