i had ten stiches in my wrist when i trip over my cutter in a bathroom, fell backwards and ripped my wrist open on a rusty nail sticking out the wall, showed the customer what i had done, she gave me a tea towel to wrap it in, and i drove to the a&e......she never did want the tea towel back..lol, ....had to have a tetnus jab aswell...:thumbsdown:
that hurts more than the stitches :lol:

Is the other -bit in your sarnies then Pete ! and are you sure it's Beef and not black beauty !!...
 
Neigh it's definitely beef:yikes: the 'off cut' was still on the chopping board! I blame the wife, fancy asking me questions whilst I'm operating sharp machinery, she knows I can't multitask!!
 
I dont use guard on my grinder, is only a matter of time before accident... that time happened tonight when accidentally put my thumb on the blade, skin removed, we bit blood but could have been much worse!... never be in a rush when using grinder, always respect the grinder!

I once took the guard of a 4" grinder and bolted a 9" disc on it, worked quite wee until I stuck the knuckle of my thumb on it...... ouch!! It was a very long time ago and I've grown up a lot since then:lol:
