for the others, diclofenac is an anti inflammatory, yes, it can help, but the fact that it has progressed to inflammation means there is a long standing problem, try and get that sorted, an osteopath is a very good idea. For sudden acute pain as Dave is experiencing right now a relaxant is better, as spasm always plays a part then.

Tiger balm, ahh, I remember that from my MA days, eases the sprains etc. but when stetching with a partner (training partner) it can make eyes water. (just read through this) and it dosn't come over well.:yikes: just ignore me
