Hi Guys just been to the office and pulled the reciepts, it was Definately HG SATIN GLOSS,

What will be the best HG REMOVER, or Golv (which I might add I have never heard of

satin gloss is the same thing as golv ,some pictures would be far more helpful, is the floor just looking dull?or has it got cement residue on it ? how many coats of satin gloss did you use ?and was this the only product you used ?

it does have a cloudy effect but the grout was definately cleaned off., 2 coates were used, how do I upload an image

Use the hg remover follow the instructions on the bottle...
Clean with plenty water and leave to dry...

Then get some lithofin slate seal, these leaves a better gloss than HG range...



p.s havn't used HG for years gary, it was always called Hg golv satin finish...

but crap all the same..🙂

The cloudy effect could be moisture in the stone , if it was sealed to early..
