I was stuck there for over 6 hours Stew, couldve walked to yours and back by the time we got moving!, even managed half an hours kip with the engine running at one point

I meant to take the A9 off Broxden roundabout but A9 was closed, kept wondring if I'd have been better going via Callander as I was setting off from Fortingall.....

I think if I had to sit in a traffic jam for 6 hours with the engine running I'd be considering running a hose through the window. Not a pleasant day for you, Doug, but at least you made it home. Bet you were worried about that at some points.
