Marc I’d just tell the client that’s fine provided they pay you for a full day each, easiest money you’ll earn. If they don’t then, bye bye. She should ask ctd for a discount to cover the dilemma.

Seems silly they offer a product they can't deliver. No way of getting it on a tail lift? But Kerbside is one rule that most delivery couriers have to abide by. The insurance companies will not insure them to enter a customers property without them paying a rather extortionate premium. That's not to say you won't get the occasional sympathetic driver that will do anything for a bacon butty or a couple of pints worth of tip 🙂

Cheers Lee, they’ve agreed to deliver on the sat morning around 9. 😀
We’ve informed client that if they’re not offloaded by 10, they’ll receive an invoice and no fitters.
They’re happy with that, and I’m praying ...........

Think it’s more about a new product to them and nervous drivers.
The warehouse is less than 2 miles away from the job, they could easily take someone with them to deliver.
