but I'm used to muscle strains ..
my physiotherapist has done 3 weeks
of holidays, and I was screwed.
usually, I can stop the problem in the bud.
but not this time.
we hope that these three days seeds Holidays,
can solve.
but I have many doubts.
I wanted to test a tool for the forum,
but I postpone until better days

Morning all, I think storm Caroline has gone now.

@antonio ..... you have my sympathy. I have been off work for nearly 3 months now with back pain and sciatica so bad that I am barely able to walk, stand or sleep. I am on the strongest pain killers which barely works and have to spend up to an hour on my back in an MRI machine tomorrow (giant microwave). Can't wait!

have you tried with morphine?

Hahaha..... if only. I usually average a 60+ hour working week!
No, morphine is usually prescribed after an operation and only for a very short amount of time.
