I have had a job accepted but am interested in what others would charge for labour on this;
I work in SE England, apart from the floor tiling I am laying 26sq m of ufh cable on an Styrofoam insulation board using a flexi cement and grout on a concrete kitchen and utility room floor. I am also supplying and fitting the thermostatic controller. With these materials in mind what labour charge would you quote for.???

id do it on day rate my self. How much are you charging for the electrician to wire the thing up for you?

We have the help of electricians, plumbers, plasterers who do work on "quid pro quo" basis. We have worked on jobs together for some years so we can offer a very competitive and complete service to potential clients. So Part P is included in our quotes where necessary.

Thanks, as soon as we tell clients we can fit the kitchen as well as tile it, or do the plumbing it gets us in the top rank for quote acceptance.
