Apparently I have something much worse - a virus :yikes:

the doctor has suggested plenty of paracetamol, rest, fluids and stress avoidance. so what have I done?? gone back to work of course :mad2:

I'm sorry to hear that :( You should be at home and take a rest. Two week ago I did the same mistake. I was ill and didn't stop working after a few days almost all from the office had the same as me...
