one of the worst ive ever seen that dave, gets me so angry im with out work at mo and so called tilers are turning out that rubbish

I can't understand how anyone can turn out work like that and think its acceptable. What a turd! Feel sorry for the customer and I'd shoot the builder too.
Is it a new build or a refurb Dave.

The builder recommended the tiler on a whim.. it is a refurb to a bungalow with a new extension as well..

What I don't understand is how they've let him get so far along with the job without saying anything. With work that bad they should have given him the boot within a couple of days. The builder has to be partly responsible too for not pulling the idiot.

The floor was covered up and it was when the wall tiling started that they saw the lippage etc, then uncovered the floor to see that was the same...hence they stopped him.

Dave, they are proper gutted, and I hated to see their faces as I explained how bad it was and the bombshell of no tanking in the Wetrooms.

Truly shocking, like Rob says, he's struggling for work and nuggets like that are coining it in churning out rubbish to customers.

Sometimes you've got to question the customer as well. If they don't do the required background investigation into a tiler or any tradesperson for that matter then they are partially to blame. Or is it a case of them trying to find these tilers who are sticking them on for £8 a metre, cos I'm guessing thats what you get at that price!!!!

Well i hope you and alan can put something down in writing for them to pursue the perpetrators and get some money back, or towards the rectification of the job itself Dave
